Using “Industry Best Practices”, PMI project management tools and ITIL processes, NegenIT will design a Service Continuity Management program.

 NegenIT has three programs to chose from. The three programs are Basic, Plus and Pro.  Below is a detailed description of each service. 

 NegenIT – Basic

Our basic service will define the “As Is” state, in other words a “base level” of your current exposure to business interruption.  In addition to mapping business functions and defining “business availability requirements” our NegenIT - Basic service will provide a clear picture of where you are and a Risks and Recovery Strategy. This will give you the information you need to make decisions on the level of risk you are prepared to live with.   

NegenIT – Plus

Building upon NegenIT – Basic program, the NegenIT - Plus program creates the detailed description of the “Service Continuity Management” plan.  In addition we develop the implementation plan, including outlining the resources and budget needed to in introduce, run and test and maintain. The NegenIT – Pro phase follows to ensure you realize the benefits.

NegenIT – Pro

Realize the benefits.  Our Pro service is the implementation of the plan created in the NegenIT - Plus program.  NegenIT’s team of professionals follow industry best practices, PMI project management methods and ITIL processes to realize the benefits of the SCM plan.  In addition NegenIT introduces maintenance and test procedures to ensure continuous improvement of the SCM. 

NegenIT – Services

After the SCM is fully operational, NegenIT will provide scheduled auditing and review on an annual contract basis to ensure the SCM is relevant, operational and adapting to change.

NegenIT programs are designed to give our customers control.  During the entire process NegenIT provides regular progress reports to ensure the project is on-time, on-scope and on-budget.
