Requirement

Facilitated a process to organize provincial CCS departments to develop a provincial fundraising strategy to be used as a model for a national strategy.

Approach

  • Background activity had already been performed to identify programs at the grass roots. There was needed a process and structure for bringing these initiatives into a single national framework and plan.
  • Background documentation was reviewed to understand the organization and history and the organization’s goals and strategic planning activities to-date.
  • Leading an executive workshop, the team was led through a process of discussion, assessment and prioritization.
  • Workshop notes were documented and provided as a record of the proceedings.
