Nortel Networks

  • Defined business requirements for an integrated eCRM suite focused on call centres in the insurance industry for combining products and components of a software strategic partnership.

 

VIA Rail

  • Managed functional testing and quality assurance of a VPS (Voice Processing and response System) application to deliver customer self service access to train schedules, fare inquiries, passenger reservations and real-time arrival information.

 

Sprint Communications

  • Managed the development of a multi-channel (web, call centre, mail, email, fax, retail, etc.) customer contact strategy to enhance customer experience, increase customer service, and introduce web-based self service functions, while reducing call centre traffic.

 

Zurich Direct

  • Project Managed the software upgrades of call centre automation for outbound and inbound call centres.

 

Xerox Canada

  • Project managed the delivery of an automated scheduling software package integrated with a Contact Management System to build a fully automated Call Management and Scheduling System to improve productivity and service levels of field service representatives to improve customer service and reduce costs.

 

Future Shop Ltd

  • Established a network implementation project plan for a new application system to improve performance with new in-store systems for point of sale, service, warranty, customer orders and personnel functions across the nationwide network of retail stores.

 

GM Canada Ltd

  • Created and developed the Call Centre program (iStar).

 

RBC Group

  • Developed an IT application architecture for the setting of priorities in call centre automation upgrade plans.

 

Bell Sigma

  • Developed the business plan for establishing a separate business unit, establishing the feasibility of outsourcing the maintenance and enhancement functions of three business-critical systems.

 

Zurich Kemper Life (Chicago)

  • Conducted a detailed project audit, and implemented changes which established an acceptable new completion date and budget forecasts for a policy management system renewal project whose forecast completion date and budget had become unacceptable.

  • Conducted a strategic review of information technology, assessing hardware, software, and IT organization, processes and procedures.

 

UK Cable

  • Project Director, for the development of a common system specification for a Consortium of cable/telephony companies in the UK that were contracting the common development of a subscriber management system to integrate to their existing business systems.

 

Laurentian Life Insurance Co.

  • Uncovered missing cost factors and established a project accounting methodology which caused cancellation of the project.

 

Volvo Cars

  • Developed an application architecture and application inventory of each of the sales company IT configurations.

 

Midland Bank

  • Developed an application architecture as an application inventory to identify the systems affected by the integrated reporting system.

 

Esso

  • Developed a common systems infrastructure for acceptance, authorization, and settlement of all European payment card transactions. in preparation for the European Union

 

Barnett Bank

  • Established an affinity card strategy and designed a number of consumer card products, for this new “branchless” bank, to launch the bank into a crowded payment card market.

 

Irish Bankers’ Association

  • Directed an inter-bank taskforce that updated national cheque interchange standards for this national bankers’ association, to open the way for transaction settlement using direct data interchange.

 

Ulster Bank Ltd

  • Established a retail banking card strategy for this Northern Irish bank, for the integration of debit and credit card products into the personal banking product line.

 

London Life

  • Conducted a formal corporate impact analysis of the implementation of a major new system. The report assessed and defined implications to service levels, staffing levels, equipment requirements, training and facilities.

 

University of Western Ontario

  • Developed and implemented an upgrade and migration plan for the administration and academic mainframe computer systems.

 

Canada Trust

  • Managed the implementation of new technology mainframe system;

 

Toronto Hydro

  • Developed an application architecture and systems design, for a major systems upgrade.

  • Developed, tested and implemented a client billing system for television commercial time.
